Established in 2013, 1World Xzibitz has become a brand of creativity, quality, & above all, reliability, creating exceptional Exhibition Stands worldwide. 

Originating in Berkshire UK we have organically expanded to include production sites across the UK, Europe & the USA, manufacturing and installing high quality stands across a diverse industry sector including the Arts, Pharma (adhering to PMCPA/ABPI regulations), Medical, Science, Finance, Automobile, FMCG, & the Defence industry, just to name a few!

Our ridiculously talented Designers are always chomping at the bit to unleash their artistic genius creating innovative concepts in 3D colour visuals demonstrating how to maximise product promotion in order to increase visitor numbers. 

Balancing the mix of product promotion coupled with maintaining brand presence whilst adhering to today's industry regulations is an artform in itself & although many agencies promise an "All-Inclusive" service, unfortunately few deliver, which is where we differ! Our quality down to earth approach & full Project Management service has proven to be a winning formula & we are proud to boast a reputation of going above & beyond for every client regardless of budget or stand size.

Our first priority is to understand your business & what you're looking to achieve at your event. 

We speak to you and your team and discuss any ideas that you've got floating around that you would love to see come to life. Your input is an essential part of the process to ensure that we capture the essence of your brand and create a strong presence that will get you noticed. We are strong believers in working together so that your team feel part of the creative process. Your ideas are important, after all, you know your audience better than anyone, so from here we extract what we need to move on to the next step & design a creative concept that fits in with your brand & ethos. Many clients feel overwhelmed at this stage and simply don't know where to start, that's why we are here, we do it all for you!

Let's get the creative juices flowing!

Now comes the fun bit! 

Once we've spoken with you & your team, we take all of that lovely information & sit in a darkened room with coffee & doughnuts until we come up with the right concept, well, maybe not the darkened room!

Our creative gurus conceptualise 3D colour visuals that will encompass your brand, your ethos, your messaging & most importantly, showcase your products. 

We show how to captivate your target audience with strategically designed elements to ensure product promotion and increased visitor numbers. Our production team are heavily involved at this stage to ensure the design is structurally achievable onsite. Once we have priced the stand, we arrange another meeting with you to present the design and full quotation. Again, this can be done face to face or over the phone, whatever suits your needs.

There are no hidden costs and we are happy to provide estimates on Organiser costs such as electrics, internet connection, drop wires for hanging signage etc. 

Control Freaks!

Few industries take the title "Control Freak" as a compliment however in exhibitions this is exactly what you need in a supplier, somone to take complete control of your attendance and ensure every aspect is met to the standard and process needed.

Upon sign off on the design and quotation, we start the Project Management process. From concept to completion we project manage your entire attendance. Exhibitions are time critical so we ensure that all deadlines are met, submitting relevant documentation to the Organisers, including Working Drawings for the approval stage, Health & Safety forms, and we place all relevant orders on your behalf to ensure functionality runs smoothly on the stand, such as Electrics etc.  We will also prompt your team prior to impending deadlines to ensure the process runs smoothly. 

Communication is an essential part of the attendance process and we keep you up to date with relevant information and order placements. 

An attendance is only enjoyable if the project is in hand!

Let the build commence!

In this stage we send the Technical Drawings of the design to our workshop where our team of highly skilled chippies get to work. These talented craftsman fabricate various elements of the stand ensuring a high standard is met, ready to be transported to the venue for assembly. The workshop production is a critical stage of the process ensuring every stage of the install is mapped out with precision, whilst stock checking, ordering and fabrication are all done to deadline ready for this process. Team work at it's best!




Rome wasn't built in a day, or was it?

Truck loaded with the pre-manufactured elements, our skilled team of professionals travel to site to install your stand with precision and care, where your stand will be errected to the highest quality ready to handover to you before the show commences. 

Although our team are under extreme pressure during the install, it is important that your brand is represented and respected throughout the install process, and our team always have this at the forefront of their mind when onsite. Respect to all those around us during the build is an important message and representation of your brand and it is essential that you have a team that you can trust to follow this through. Once your event has finished, we will dismantle the stand and should you wish to reuse the elements for a future attendance, we have several warehouse facilities that we are able to provide dry storage of your stand elements. Reusing stand elements can reinforce brand identity over multiple shows and also assist with budget on future attendances.
